Quick Session Reminders

• Weekly sessions are recommended wherever possible, as consistency helps build trust, confidence and progress.

• If you have not received an attendance notification, please still join your session unless you have been informed that your pupil is absent.

• Same-day bookings are absolutely fine, however please make sure your booking is made before 8:30am that morning so the teacher can see it on their attendance and expect the call

• Remember to close your session by clicking 'End' in the top right of the screen. There will be a short feedback form about your session to complete. Your feedback helps us support volunteers and improve the programme.

Managing Changes to Sessions

• If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel and reschedule it through the scheduling calendar where possible.

• If you are taking planned annual leave or need to pause sessions for any reason, please let me know and send a message to the teacher through the platform.

• If there are any delays to sessions starting, or you need to pause your volunteering unexpectedly, please get in touch so we can support you and keep the school informed.
